Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

1. Breakfast buffet option is available until 10am on weekdays and 10:30am on weekends.
2. All Payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation and no refund is available for part-use.
3. Valid until the date shown on the voucher and cannot be extended.
4. Upon arrival at hotel, please go to the HEALTH CLUB reception on lower ground floor to check-in, before proceeding to the breakfast buffet.
